All orders are shipped from Canada via Canada Post. 
Shipping options and delivery timelines vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. 

Please note 

Shipping timelines indicated below are approximate and do not include weekends, holidays, or unforeseen delays with the courier (weather conditions, shipment volume, traffic, etc). 

• Orders may be shipped in multiple packages if estimated dispatch dates are more than 7 days apart (Canada and U.S. only). 

• Shipping fees are calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes and discounts and are non-refundable. 

• International deliveries may be subject to customs duties and service fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to estimate, control, or reimburse duties and taxes. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
