Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for eligible items shipped to Canada and the United States. 

Return requirements 

To be eligible for a return: 

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn and free of damage 

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, boxes, and pouches 

• Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set 

Packaging your return 

To ensure your return is accepted: 

• Place the item back into its original jewelry pouch and box 

• Secure the box inside a protective outer shipping package (mailer or box) 

• Ensure the package is properly sealed to prevent damage during transit 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments. 

Non-returnable items 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: 

• Engraved or personalized items 

• Earrings that have been worn 

• Gift cards 

• Final sale items 

Return shipping 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe. 

Exchanges 

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for eligible items. 
If you need a different size, please return your item following our return guidelines and place a new order for the correct size.
