Payments

We offer a variety of secure payment options for your convenience. 
Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed, including for made-to-order items or items shipping at a later date. This ensures your order is confirmed and processed as quickly as possible. 

Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the payment method or currency. 

Accepted payment methods 

Credit & Debit Cards 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. 

If you have an account with us, your default billing information may appear at checkout. Otherwise, you can enter your payment details manually. 
Please note that transactions may occasionally be declined by your bank based on their security policies. 

PayPal 

Select PayPal at checkout and log into your PayPal account to complete your purchase. 
Once your order is confirmed, you will be redirected back to our website. 

Buy Now, Pay Later (Klarna) (if enabled) 

For eligible orders, Klarna allows you to split your purchase into interest-free installments, subject to Klarna’s approval and terms. 

Your first payment is charged at the time the order is placed.

Gift Cards 

You may use a gift card to pay for all or part of your order by entering the code at checkout. 

• Gift cards are redeemable only in the currency they were issued in 
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash 
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced 

Any remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method. 

Store Credit 

Store credit is automatically applied at checkout when you are signed into your account. 

• Store credit is issued in the original purchase currency 
• Store credit does not expire 
• Credits issued in different currencies must be used in separate orders 

Refunds 

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only. 
We are unable to refund to a different payment method. 

Once your returned item is received and approved, please allow 10–15 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
