Important information 

By submitting a warranty claim, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 

 Return of the affected item 
If your warranty claim is approved, the item must be returned to us for inspection and quality assurance. 

 Replacement or store credit 
If the item is approved and available, a replacement of the same style will be provided. 
If the item is unavailable due to inventory limitations or discontinuation, a store credit equal to the original purchase price will be issued. 

• Warranty replacements do not extend or renew the original warranty period.
